I eat food that is made from scratch as much as possible. I like Nourishing Traditions and the Weston A. Price Foundation, but I don't abide by their rules and methods very stringently. A goal for me is eating more local and pastured food, but for now we're still buying most of our food at Aldi. I am very frugal, but I try to balance budget and health so that everyone wins. My garden is beginning to help with that goal.
