That is to say, I agree with it wholeheartedly, just haven't implemented everything. I wanted to ask if you have a source of organic raw milk? We do, and if you're interested, I could hook you up. ;)
We also probably eat too many processed grains here. It's a tough habit to break!
One way that I make sure my kids are getting more nutrient dense foods is to make them a smoothie sometimes after dinner. We load it up with different greens, coconut oil, flax seed, probiotics, and whatever fruit we have on hand. That's if I've noticed that they haven't eaten enough veggies during the day. I have very little trouble getting proteins and fats into them.
I really like how you laid things out in this post. You put a lot of thought into arranging your food groups. It's inspiring!JenniC10https://www.blogger.com/profile/00561838367364348587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464977109229359349.post-33893116519838426392011-04-21T21:07:05.317-04:002011-04-21T21:07:05.317-04:00Haha, I sort of assumed so, Sojourner!

We've been struggling for YEARS with this problem and there are so many things it could be, but it hasn't been bothering him in several months. I'll take that! And if giving blood helps, well, he's likely to make a habit of it. I'm sure some A-positive hospital patients will be thankful. :DSheilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10853868724554947854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464977109229359349.post-39363464775707385992011-04-20T14:10:27.624-04:002011-04-20T14:10:27.624-04:00that's so interesting about your husband donat...that's so interesting about your husband donating blood and feeling better (from sarah pope's blog). wonder if there's something to it!!Sarah Faithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08878664620465280344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464977109229359349.post-51165358583817880282011-04-20T13:15:09.175-04:002011-04-20T13:15:09.175-04:00(And by "establish our own household" I ...(And by "establish our own household" I mean with the benefit of the sacrament of Matrimony. The Boyfriend and I hope to establish our own household before too much longer, and he in particular wants to cut back on carbs and other such empty calories. I do too, of course, but I'm lazy and I really like bread. So you can figure it out for me and then I can impress him with my ability to make healthy stuff. :)The Sojournerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04559244806125834569noreply@blogger.com
